GST (Goods and Services Tax)

All prices on Australian IT Market include GST.


Manufactures Warranty applies to all brand new products.

Australian IT Market Warranty is valid for 12 months on all brand new items from the order date. If a product has gone faulty, Australian IT Market will RMA it after testing the product and finding it faulty.

All items marked as "used", "refursbished" or "second hand" come with 3 months warranty.

RMA Processes can take up to 4 weeks from the day Australian IT Market recieve the product back.

RA's must be submitted online by emailing Australian IT Market.

If product is found not to be faulty, fees may be applicable and return postage fees may apply.

Dead On Arrival (DOA)

Australian IT Markert offers a 7 day Dead on Arrival Warranty on all items.

If a product is DOA, Australian IT Market will refund the order after the product has been received and tested to be found faulty.


Australian IT Market does not take returns for the following:

  • Change of Mind
  • Wrong Purchase
  • Service Contact

Mis-priced Items

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our website, in our catalog or newsletter may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before sending or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

PayPal Issues

Upon investigation, some issues may be found to be on the side of PayPal. We request that you contact PayPal in your relevant country (e.g. PayPal Australia) to further investigate the issue so that it can be resolved.

Website Monthly Payments

All customers on a Website Monthly Payment plans owe a duty to pay for their website on a monthly basis. Orders and Invoices will be created and sent to the customer on a pre-arranged date and will be notified after a week if payment has not been received. If in case another week has passed and payment(s) have not been received, then the website may be put on hold or suspended and Australian IT Market may take legal action. Any other terms and conditions will be noted on a contract between the customer and Australian IT Market before the website is created.
