Web Hosting Privacy Policy

Only the authorised person listed on the account entered at sign-up will have access to account information and support. This person will be known as the 'Primary Account Holder'. The primary account holder can login to their account for any billing and support access via their login details used to register to the Australian IT Market website.
cPanel login details will be given to the Primary Account Holder which will differ from the login details originally registered with.
The primary account holder has the responsibility to secure their username and password with any other unauthorised person(s). Australian IT Market will not be held liable for any breeches of your account or any service(s) due to the username and password being distributed.
Australian IT Market may also verify your identity by asking security questions.
The Primary Account Holder may ask for a new set of login credentials.
At times, the primary account holder may provide permission to a secondary user of their choice to access their cPanel. For this, the primary account holder must email Australian IT Market with the secondary user's full name.
